DELIVERY & RETURNS


- Most of our furniture comes dis-assembled for ease of delivery and access into your home.
- Most items will be delivered via TNT / FedEx, UPS, or Royal mail on a 24hour / next day service. Occasionally delays occur, so it can be delayed by a day or two, but full tracking is provided to keep you up to date.-We're based in Bristol, so if you're local we'll likely deliver personally.

- Some larger and heavier items (dining tables etc) will be delivered by a 2 man delivery service. This will be on a date arranged with yourselves.
- Couriers will deliver to your door-step, and will not carry into your home. Please bear this in mind as most items are quite heavy.
- The contact number you leave when ordering will be passed on to the couriers as point of contact on delivery day. Please make sure it's the best number to be reached on during the day, or provide additional contact details for us to pass on should they encounter a problem.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does NOT apply for items that have been made to custom specifications. If an item arrives damaged or has a defect we will work quickly to provide a replacement.

Please note that we will not cover return shipping costs. will need to be packaged suitably to avoid damage in transit and sent to the following address:

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
